Shipments and Returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using a carrier or Royal Mail. If you prefer a 24 hour courier delivery, then please choose this during the checkout process. The standard delivery timescale is 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery Prices

All delivery prices are calculated on the price of the items in your shopping cart and are quoted for UK Mainland only (unless other options are displayed), as you add items to your shopping cart the delivery price is automatically calculated and can be viewed on the checkout page at any time. The total price shown on the checkout page includes VAT and delivery for the UK Mainland (unless other options are displayed).

For overseas orders we will contact you with a quotation prior to despatch.

You can expect delivery of your goods within 5 working days of your order. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 7 working days we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date, or offer a full refund.

If you provide a mobile phone number during the checkout process, you can recieve parcel delivery notifications.

Returns Policy

When you receive goods, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note 7 working days do not include public holidays or weekends.

You must notify us in writing that you wish to cancel the order, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. An email is sufficient. We will only refund the cost of the goods at their purchase price. Carriage costs must be bourne by the purchaser, except where the goods are faulty. 

A 5% restocking fee will be made from any refund. We will make the refund as soon as possible after the product has been safely returned.

You must return the goods to S.R.Wheatcroft and Son, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.

If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are faulty or are incorrect.

Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods up to the maximum that it would cost through a leading parcel delivery website.
